The Sephora Paze offer is a fantastic deal opportunity: spend at least $10 in a qualifying transaction at Sephora using Paze and you can get $10 back as a statement credit.

The broader Paze promotion runs through September 10, 2026, and can be used up to 10 times per eligible card. That means that a $10-$15 Sephora purchase can end up costing very little after the credit.

There is one complication, especially for Chase cardholders. Some shoppers have reported Sephora purchases not being properly recognized as Paze transactions or credits being delayed.

This guide covers how the promotion works, which Sephora products around $10 that could make sense, and what you should do in case your credit doesn't post correctly.

TL;DR

  • Spend at least $10 in a qualifying Sephora transaction with Paze and you can receive a $10 statement credit through September 10, 2026 (up to 10 times per eligible card)

  • Sephora has plenty of products around $10 to $16, making it relatively easy to stay close to the promotion's $10 minimum.

  • Paze at Sephora requires a Beauty Insider account and isn't currently available for Sephora gift cards, in-store purchases, or checkout through the Sephora app.

  • Some Chase cardholders have reported delayed or missing Paze credits on Sephora purchases. Confirm the offer appears inside Paze checkout and save your order details showing Paze as the payment method.

How the Sephora Paze offer works

The promotion gives you a $10 statement credit each time you spend at least $10 in a single qualifying Paze transaction at a participating merchant such as Sephora.

The offer runs from June 15 through September 10, 2026. Each eligible card can receive the $10 credit up to 10 times during the promotional period, meaning you could potentially earn as much as $100 back per card.

You don't need to spend exactly $10. A qualifying $12, $20, or $100 Sephora order could still earn the $10 statement credit. The difference is that the credit doesn't increase when you spend more.

That makes smaller purchases particularly attractive.

A $12 purchase followed by a $10 statement credit leaves you with an effective cost of $2 before applicable tax and other charges. Spend $50 and you're still only getting $10 back.

The basic process is straightforward:

  1. Make sure you have an eligible card available through Paze.

  2. Go to Sephora and sign into your Beauty Insider account.

  3. Add at least $10 of qualifying merchandise to your cart.

  4. Select Paze during checkout.

  5. Choose an eligible card.

  6. Complete the purchase.

  7. Keep your confirmation until the statement credit posts.

How to use Paze at Sephora

Using Paze at Sephora is slightly more complicated than entering a normal credit card because Sephora has a few specific requirements.

You first need to be signed into a Sephora Beauty Insider account. Having a Beauty Insider account also has the benefit of free shipping!

Important: your Beauty Insider email also needs to match the email associated with your Paze account.

If you normally use one email for Chase and another for Sephora, this is one of the first things to check if Paze isn't appearing.

Paze is also designed for online checkout. At Sephora, you should use Sephora through your desktop or mobile browser rather than trying to complete the transaction inside the Sephora app.

What to do if Paze doesn't appear at Sephora checkout

If you reach checkout and don't see Paze, check the basics before giving up.

  1. Make sure you're logged into Beauty Insider and that your account email matches your Paze account’s email address

  2. If you recently activated Paze or changed account information, logging out of Sephora and signing back in may also help refresh your checkout options.

  3. Paze does not show up as a checkout method in the Sephora mobile app. Use the Sephora website

Once everything is properly set up, Paze should appear as one of the payment options when you're completing an eligible Sephora purchase.

Sephora products around $10 to use with the Paze offer

The most efficient use of the Sephora Paze promotion is generally a product priced slightly above $10, because the statement credit is capped at $10 per qualifying transaction.

We checked Sephora pricing in August 2026 and found several products in roughly the $10 to $16 range. Prices and availability can change, so confirm the price before placing your order.

*Effective cost assumes the transaction qualifies for the $10 Paze statement credit and excludes applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges. Prices were checked in August 2026 and may change.

The sweet spot is pretty clear. A $14 mascara (pictured above) could effectively cost $4 after the statement credit, while a $15 lip product could effectively cost $5.

You can also look at Sephora Collection products, minis, travel sizes and lower-priced skincare if none of the examples above interest you. Just make sure the qualifying transaction reaches at least $10.

There's no reason to buy a product you don't want simply because the effective price is low. The strongest use of the promotion is something you were already planning to buy.

Sephora gift cards aren't a workaround

Buying a $10 Sephora gift card would be an obvious way to maximize the promotion, but Sephora doesn't currently make gift cards available for purchase through Paze.

Sephora also excludes certain other transaction types, including subscription charges and service bookings, from Paze checkout.

Stick with ordinary qualifying merchandise if you're trying to earn the $10 statement credit.

Maximizing the Sephora Paze promotion

The simplest strategy is to use the promotion on smaller purchases (that cost at least $10). Suppose you want three products priced at $14 each.

Buying all three together for $42 could result in one $10 Paze credit, leaving an effective $32 cost before tax and other charges. If you instead make three separate $14 qualifying transactions (and each independently qualifies for the promotion) you could potentially receive three $10 credits. Your $42 of merchandise would then have an effective cost of $12 before tax and other charges.

Beauty Insider rewards can make the purchase more useful, too. Since you're buying regular Sephora merchandise through your Beauty Insider account, you can earn additional points in Sephora's loyalty program.

Finally, don’t forget about shopping portals like Top Cashback or American Airlines shopping.

Chase cardholders should watch their Sephora transactions carefully

Chase cardholders should save their Sephora Paze confirmations because shoppers have reported problems with some Sephora transactions not being recognized correctly.

The unusual part is that these reports aren't simply from people who accidentally paid with their card directly.

Some shoppers have reported completing checkout with Paze and seeing Paze reflected in their Sephora order information, only for the transaction or reward to behave differently than expected on the Chase side. Other reports involve delayed $10 statement credits or never receiving the credit.

More recently, Paze reportedly acknowledged a technical issue that was delaying statement credits for some eligible Sephora purchases. The company indicated that qualifying missing statement credits were being worked on and could take additional billing cycles to process.

That doesn't mean your Sephora purchase won't work. It means there's enough evidence of a Sephora specific issue that keeping documentation is worthwhile.

Why Chase users have even more reason to check

If you have a card like the Chase Freedom Unlimited®, you also earn an additional 10x Ultimate Rewards® points ontop of whatever you earn when paying with Paze.

That's entirely separate from the Paze spend-$10-get-$10-back promotion.

So a Chase cardholder can have two different incentives connected to a Paze transaction:

  • The Paze $10 statement-credit promotion.

  • A separate Chase Paze 10x bonus-points offer, if available on that card.

The important issue is transaction recognition. If Sephora shows that you checked out with Paze but the purchase isn't recognized appropriately afterward, you could potentially find yourself tracking down a missing $10 credit, separate Chase bonus points, or both. My advice is to wait the full 2 billing cycles for the statement credit and points to post, then contact Chase if you haven’t received either.

What to save after your Sephora purchase if you’re having issues getting credited

Ok firstly, don’t forget that credits can take up to two billing cycles.

Assuming you did make the purchase with Paze, it will show up as the payment method in your Sephora order confirmation. See screenshot below:

Screenshot 2026 08 19 at 3.11.11 PM

Even if it doesn’t show up Paze in Chase, give it 2 billing cycles. There’s been several reports that the Chase/Paze folks are aware of the glitch and are in the process of resolving things.

If it’s been 2 billing cycles, reach out to Chase via Secure Message and present your transaction proof.

Final Thoughts on the Sephora Paze Offer

The Sephora Paze offer is especially compelling because Sephora sells plenty of products close to the $10 threshold. A $14 mascara that qualifies for a $10 statement credit effectively costs $4 before tax and other charges.

The bigger concern is transaction tracking/Paze crediting. If you're using a Chase card, confirm that the offer appears inside Paze before paying and save your Sephora order details afterward. Given the reported Sephora credit delays, I wouldn't delete anything until the statement credit (and any separate Chase Paze rewards you're expecting) actually posts.

If you already have a Sephora purchase in mind, start by looking for something around $10 to $16, sign into Beauty Insider on Sephora, and see whether the Paze offer appears for your card at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get $10 back at Sephora with Paze?

Spend at least $10 in a single qualifying transaction at Sephora, select Paze at checkout and pay with an eligible card displaying the promotion in your Paze wallet. The promotion runs through September 10, 2026. Each eligible card can earn up to ten $10 statement credits during the offer period, subject to the promotion's terms.

What are some good Sephora products around $10 for the Paze offer?

Minis and lower-priced makeup products are particularly useful because many cost roughly $10 to $16. When we checked in August 2026, examples included the Rare Beauty Mini Perfect Strokes Mascara and Makeup by Mario Mini MoistureGlow Plumping Lip Serum at $14 each. Prices can change, so confirm the current price and make sure your transaction totals at least $10.

Why isn't Paze showing at Sephora checkout?

The most common issues involve your Beauty Insider account, email address or checkout method. You need to be signed into Beauty Insider, and the email associated with the account should match an email associated with your participating financial institution. Paze at Sephora is currently available through Sephora rather than the Sephora app or physical stores.

Why didn't my Chase card get the Paze credit at Sephora?

Some Chase cardholders have reported qualifying-looking Sephora Paze transactions receiving delayed credits or not being recognized as expected. Paze has also reportedly acknowledged a technical issue delaying statement credits for some eligible Sephora purchases. Save documentation showing that you paid through Paze (your Sephora order receipt has proof), allow the applicable fulfillment period to pass and contact your financial institution if a qualifying credit remains missing.

Can I stack the Sephora Paze offer with Chase Paze bonus points?

Potentially, but they're two separate promotions. The broader Paze promotion provides a $10 statement credit after a qualifying purchase of at least $10. Some Chase cardholders may separately have a promotion for bonus Ultimate Rewards points on Paze purchases. Check your specific Chase offer before assuming your card qualifies for both.
