I have the Chase Sapphire Reserve® and as soon as I saw the Instagram post from Chase about the WHOOP promotion, I headed straight to checkout on WHOOP. My purchase of the WHOOP annual Life membership came out to be $381.44.
After I get $359 back as a statement credit, that means I’m only paying $22.44 for the Life membership! I’ve never used WHOOP before but I enjoy somewhat similar benefits for health tracking with my Oura Ring. I’ve always wanted an Apple Watch to complement my Oura Ring because I have heard from friends and research online that the Apple Watch is better for workout tracking than the Oura Ring. My take is that getting a WHOOP membership with the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card is only worth it if you were already strongly considering getting the membership. You’ll still have to pay a decent amount of money with the lowest tier membership and will only get pricier if you pick a more premium membership.
I have never really seen a Chase offer like the one with WHOOP. It’s incredible value for Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders and decent value for Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card cardholders. For folks who are health conscious or would like to pay more attention to their health, it’s fantastic. And even if you have no interest in a WHOOP membership, you can gift it to a friend! I would make sure to act fast on this offer if you are interested because there is always the chance that Chase pulls the offer from their site.
