Unfortunately, the promotion was all over the place. There were bots that had access to tickets because you only needed the first six numbers of any Chase Sapphire card to enter the site. No CVV or expiration date required. Of course the tickets were in high demand and you might not have had a chance anyways but it’s frustrating that bots were getting tickets.

I was at work and forgot to sign in to get tickets early so I logged on to the site at 12:06 PM ET. I sat in the queue for about 15 minutes and then got booted. This happened to me 3-4 more times over the course of an hour. And then I saw that tickets were sold out.
