How it works
- Credit Redemptions (Lyft, GrubHub, etc.) always give you ฿1 = $1.00 in value, with monthly and yearly redemption limits.
- Redeem Against Housing converts ฿1 into 33.3 Bilt Points, up to your monthly housing payment in points. For example, with $1,000/mo rent you can redeem up to 1,000 points/mo (costing ฿30), or ฿270 for Apr–Dec 2026.
- Points Accelerator costs ฿200 to unlock +1x points on your next $5,000 in spend, netting you up to 5,000 Bilt Points (effectively ฿1 = 25 Bilt Points in the best case scenario). If you don't spend up to the max, the valuation gets worse.
- Transfer Bonus gives you bonus points on Avios transfers based on your Bilt status (Blue: 40%, Silver: 50%, Gold: 60%, Platinum: 75%). You can pay ฿150 to upgrade one tier (up to 100%). Max 100,000 base points eligible. This is contingent on a relevant transfer bonus being available — if no bonus is in play, the value of this option is not as high.
