How it works
- Credit Redemptions (Lyft, GrubHub, etc.) always give you ฿1 = $1.00 in value, with monthly and yearly redemption limits.
- Redeem Against Housing converts ฿1 into 33.3 Bilt Points, up to your monthly housing payment. That is to say, you can only redeem ฿30 against a $1,000 rent to get 1,000 Bilt Points.
- Points Accelerator costs ฿200 to unlock +1x points on your next $5,000 in spend, netting you up to 5,000 Bilt Points (effectively ฿1 = 25Bilt Points in the best case scenario). If you don't spend up to the max, the valuation gets worse.
- Transfer Bonus costs ฿75 to upgrade your transfer tier by +25%, giving you additional Bilt Points on your next transfer. For example, transferring 10,000 Bilt Points with the bonus yields 2,500 extra Bilt Points for ฿75. The more Bilt Points you transfer, the more valuable the ฿75 investment becomes. This is contingent on a relevant transfer bonus being available — if no bonus is in play, the value of this option is not as high.
