How it works

Credit Redemptions (Lyft, GrubHub, etc.) always give you ฿1 = $1.00 in value, with monthly and yearly redemption limits.
Redeem Against Housing converts ฿1 into 33.3 Bilt Points, up to your monthly housing payment in points. For example, with $1,000/mo rent you can redeem up to 1,000 points/mo (costing ฿30), or ฿150 for Aug–Dec 2026.
Points Accelerator costs ฿200 to unlock +1x points on your next $5,000 in spend, netting you up to 5,000 Bilt Points (effectively ฿1 = 25 Bilt Points in the best case scenario). If you don't spend up to the max, the valuation gets worse.
ALL Accor status match is the Aug 01, 2026 Rent Day promotion: transfer 5,000 Bilt Points for ALL Accor Silver (Bilt Blue/Silver) or Gold (Bilt Gold or Platinum), or 15,000 Bilt Points for ALL Accor Platinum (Bilt Platinum). Points transfer at the standard 3:2 ratio, so there is no bonus and no ฿150 paid tier upgrade to buy this month.
