If you were planning to use your Chase Sapphire Reserve® dining credit in Las Vegas, you now have three current options. As of August 29, 2026, the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list includes Ada’s, Al Solito Posto, and Esther’s Kitchen.

Chase Sapphire Reserve Dining Restaurants in Las Vegas: Three Are Listed

As of August 29, 2026, three Chase Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants are listed in Las Vegas: Ada’s, Al Solito Posto, and Esther’s Kitchen. Yes, there are only three. This is not a typo.

Chase's Exclusive Tables program also provides eligible Sapphire Reserve cardmembers with access to reserved restaurant inventory through OpenTable. You do not need a reservation to get the credit.

Al Solito Posto

At Al Solito Posto, Chef-owner James Trees reimagines classic American Italian recipes with contemporary ingredients and techniques, with a menu spanning house-made pasta, steaks, Sunday Gravy and whole fish.

Esther’s Kitchen

This Downtown Las Vegas restaurant focuses on seasonal Italian food, including handmade pasta, pizza and bread.

Notably, Esther’s Kitchen isn't on the Strip, so travelers staying around Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Wynn or The Venetian will need to head downtown to use the credit there. That can be pretty inconvenient… but it is a good restaurant.

If any of these restaurants already fit your Vegas plans, that's not a major problem. If you're making a special trip downtown solely to use a $150 credit, I wouldn’t bother unless you are close by.

What Happened to the Las Vegas Chase Sapphire Restaurant List?

The Las Vegas Sapphire Reserve dining list was effectively gutted during the July 2026 Exclusive Tables update.

There were seven participating Las Vegas restaurants before the July change (eg Hells Kitchen). After the update, only Esther’s Kitchen remained. Ada’s and Al Solito Posto were added to the list in late August, bringing Las Vegas back to three participating restaurants.

Restaurant participation can also change, so verify the current list on OpenTable before dining specifically to use the benefit.

Removed Restaurants May Still Qualify During a 60-Day Grace Period

Chase implemented a 60-day grace period for restaurants removed from the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables list. The Las Vegas restaurants removed around July 8, 2026, should therefore remain eligible for the dining credit through approximately September 6, 2026, even if you did not already have a reservation.

The removed-restaurant list is our best-effort reconstruction based on data collected July 5, 2026, before the changes. The restaurants and estimated removal and grace-period dates may not be fully accurate, so verify eligibility before dining.

Here’s the list of restaurants that got removed in the July 2026 change:

• Top of the World Steakhouse - The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

• La Strega

• Hell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las Vegas

• Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas

• Vanderpump à Paris

You can dine at any of these restaurants through September 6th and receive the credit. If you purchase a gift card online (at the restaurant’s website via Toast/SecureTree) or in-person at Harlo Steakhouse & Bar, you should trigger the credit. Buying a gift card in-person at La Stega, Hell’s Kitchen, and Nobu should allow you to receive the credit as well. We confirmed this with datapoints from folks who tried to buy gift cards from these locations.

If you are worried about if the gift card purchases will work, you could do a small $10 test purchase before going for your preferred amount.

Buying a gift card is a great way to save your dining experience for a later date.

How the $300 Sapphire Reserve Dining Credit Works

Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can receive up to $300 per calendar year in statement credits for qualifying purchases at participating Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables restaurants.

The benefit is divided into two periods:

Unused credit from January through June doesn't roll over.

For example, spend $125 at Esther’s Kitchen during the second half of the year with your full credit remaining and you could receive up to $125 back. Spend $200 and the maximum available credit would be $150.

You don't have to spend the entire $150 at once.

How to Use the Dining Credit in Las Vegas and across the US

The strategy is straightforward: visit any of the three current participating restaurants, dine there and pay the restaurant directly with your Chase Sapphire Reserve. You DO NOT NEED A RESERVATION. You only need to use your Reserve when paying the bill.

You can use MealMaxxer to find restaurants outside Las Vegas and then verify with OpenTable the day you visit the restaurant.

Chase says qualifying purchases need to be identifiable as transactions made directly with participating restaurants. Purchases through third-party services (eg Uber) or payment processors may not qualify, and gift cards and merchandise can also be excluded.

You also don't need to secure one of the special Exclusive Tables reservations just to receive the statement credit. The special OpenTable inventory and the statement credit are related benefits, but they aren't the same thing.

The safest approach is still to check Chase's current participating list immediately before your meal.

Can you buy gift cards and get credited for the Sapphire Reserve dining credit?

Chase says that gift cards are excluded from the Sapphire Reserve dining credit, but there are data points where buying a gift card works.

If you buy a gift card from Esther’s Kitchen, you will receive the dining credit. We’ve collected success datapoint for this as of June 26.

Ada’s and Al Solito Posto were added very recently, so we don't have any data points on if gift cards will work there.

Final Thoughts on Chase Sapphire Reserve Dining Restaurants in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Sapphire Reserve dining list was sharply reduced in July, but it is no longer down to one restaurant. Ada’s and Al Solito Posto joined Esther’s Kitchen in late August, bringing the current total to three as of August 29, 2026.

If one of these three restaurants already fits your plans, the dining credit can still save you up to $150 during your current six-month period. Otherwise, don't rearrange your Vegas trip just to use it.
