Tell us what happened

Include the steps you tried, what you expected, and what happened instead. Tell us whether you use the iOS app, website, or browser extension. Include the app version and device or browser if you know them.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or bank login details. Remove private information from screenshots before you send them.

Account and privacy help

To delete your account in the iOS app, open Profile, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access your account or need help with your data, email us.
